Minor gallery purge

This is kind of a copypaste from another journal but I'm gonna be deleting a bunch of older artwork. To be clear, I'm only going to be deleting the ones related to a very tumultuous and traumatic time in my life, because while I'm okay now, I really wish to just remove all of the remains of it from the internet.
I don't want to talk about it and I'm not sure how many of my current active followers were also around during that time, but it's much better if you weren't, and I also want to thank those who were and still stuck around.
I haven't started the purge yet, but I will very shortly. Again, I'm still keeping most things, just deleting those specific ones that I don't want here anymore. I have them on my personal drives still but not here.
I don't want to talk about it and I'm not sure how many of my current active followers were also around during that time, but it's much better if you weren't, and I also want to thank those who were and still stuck around.

Commissions closing and semi-hiatus

Summary: things are getting kinda slow and stale with me and my art so we’re taking a very amiable break. Nothing major. The spark will be back. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
I forgot to post something about this here, but I’m taking a slight hiatus from art and posting for a while. Posting has been pretty on and off for quite some time anyway, so I figured I’d make it official for now. Frankly, drawing has been nothing but stressful and unrewarding for me for over a year now and mostly what it does these days is exhaust and upset me. I get in slumps all the time, my art is too inconsistent to sell and I have a hard time interacting with followers. Clearly something is not really working out and I just feel very demoralized about all of it.
I think taking “time off” will take a lot of the pressure off and help me actually be happy creating things again. Maybe. I just want to draw and not worry about posting things and what people will think. I will probably still post a thing or two like I have been, but from now on it’ll only be when I want to and not from the pressure to update. And I’ll still be online and happy to talk. I still have sort of a backlog to post anyway.
I reiterate that I'm the most active and up to date on my tumblr and twitter, which both contain sketches that I never post here.

I'm gonna be re-organizing all of my gallery folders since they've been around fooooooooorever, so things may look disorganized for a bit while I work on that. I feel like my gallery folders have gotten kinda weird after leaving them for so long.
